At a small celebration, the board of directors praised the cooperative approach of someone who was always willing to take on any task, if it fostered igr’s well-being and development.

Frau Doris Andres helped to shape igr, and through her manner and interpersonal skills was effectively the 'mother of the company'. As head of the personnel department she always found the right words for her colleagues, including in difficult situations. 

Her organisational skills enabled us to enjoy many wonderful times at company outings, New Year’s receptions or on skiing trips.

At a small drinks party, the board of directors, and all her colleagues showed their appreciation of her pleasant and very professional working relationship with them, and wished Frau Andres all the best and rather less stress in her (doubtlessly very active) 'retirement'.
