igr offers training places to trainees. The trainees are completely integrated into the day-to-day operations and are afforded a profound insight into igr’s departments through a comprehensive in-house seminar programme, as well as construction work experience and on-site visits. The number of trainees in comparison to staff, shows the importance we attach to junior staff development in our company. The success achieved proves this strategy right. Trainees from igr have been acclaimed several times for outstanding performance by the Rheinland-Pfalz Chamber of Engineers.

You receive a thorough practical training by experienced employees. The regular training is three years and ends with the examination before the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
