Extrajudicial dispute arbitration

For the amicable settlement of disputes, which arise between two Chamber of Engineering members from their professional practice, or between Chamber members and a third party, an arbitration committee can be established, in accordance with section 35 of the Rheinland-Pfalz Chamber of Engineers regulations, and/or section 27 of the Free State of Thuringia Chamber of Architects and Engineers regulations.
